We are pleased to announce our Fifth Annual Golf Tournament has been scheduled for Saturday
November 4, 2006 at the McCormick Ranch Golf Club on the Pine Course and we invite you to participate either as a golfer or a much-needed sponsor.

The past events have been outstanding, raising more than $125,000 to help families with critically ill children that may be struggling financially. Again, this year our goal is to raise over $50,000, so we are able to continue reaching out to the ever-increasing number of families who wouldn’t normally receive financial assistance. We help families who genuinely need financial assistance while a parent is out of work due to the severe illness of a child.

Christopher’s Cure Hardship Fund (501(c)3 non-profit corporation), founded in 2001 has donated tens of thousands of dollars to the Phoenix Children’s Hospital Cancer Center’s hardship fund, and partnered with St. Joseph Hospital in pioneering their own hardship fund. What does this all mean to families in need? Last year our fund helped more than 15 families during their time of financial crisis and allowed them to spend quality time with their loved one.

Please consider supporting this worthy cause, we have outlined the various participation opportunities in the attachment. Through your support you have the chance to promote your company, have a great time at the event and most importantly make a difference in the lives of critically ill children and their families.
